In line up at the bank today, I was thinking about personal relationships. I did not have a personal banker at this branch so had to wait in line up for 20 minutes for my simple banking transaction. For me a long wait. Does anyone go in person to a bank today? Many have on-line banks which no longer have a bricks and mortar presence so perhaps this is an archaic analogy.
I had not established a personal banking relationship yet with this bank so was not able to request better or faster service. Somewhat frustrating.
