We all are busy.  Are you taking care of yourself?

This pandemic has certainly created an environment where the lines between your family life, work responsibilities and leisure activities are blurred, especially when working from home.  Was work from home a good thing?  In my view, this was a necessary part of keeping many safe and healthy, and away from the pandemic.

All of this being said, did you or will you take time for you.  Yes me time.

How are you doing?

Are you taking care of your:

  1. physical health
  2. mental health
  3. spiritual health?

For me, and the first one, physical health.  Check.  Just keep moving and active.

Mental health.  I am very fortunate and have a family and community around me.  So I am ok.

Spiritual health?  Wow that is a tough one.  and really not sure about this.  First defining what is good spiritual health can be different for each person.  For me, what am I doing or thinking about to nurture my soul?  Writing this piece certainly made me pause and reflect and realize that I have a lot to think about as I begin to realize that spiritual health, once defined and acted upon, will be so much more meaningful to me in the long term.

How is your spiritual health?  Take some time for yourself, and for quiet reflection, even as busy as you may be.
